Yena Kim

Ms. Kim attended University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).  During law school, Ms. Kim was a judicial extern for the Honorable Richard Darwin at the San Francisco Unified Family Court and clerked at the Family Violence Appellate Project.  She was a staff editor of the Hastings Law Journal for Volumes 70-71.  Ms. Kim also served as co-chair of the nationally ranked UC Law SF Moot Court team and was awarded Best Oral Advocate at the Frank A. Schreck Gaming Law Moot Court Competition.  Since graduating, Ms. Kim has returned as an alumni coach for several moot court competition teams. 

Ms. Kim was selected as a Super Lawyers® Northern California Rising Star in 2024.  Each year, only 2.5% of attorneys in California are named to the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars List.
